Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader in Nashville to drive sales and guest service while developing Teammates.

You will work closely with Store Manager and Leadership Team on recruiting, training, and daily operations to ensure an engaging shopping experience. Responsibilities include coaching teams, maintaining store standards, executing merchandising plans, and ensuring excellent customer interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related retail experience or training.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide legendary service, answer questions, and help locate merchandise.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales through SPG and upsell opportunities.
• Recruit, train, and develop Teammates; lead by example with showmanship and service.
• Support store leadership in operations, POS procedures, and loss prevention practices.
• Maintain visual standards, organize the floor, and ensure clean, shoppable store environment.
• Provide feedback to management and coordinate with leadership on staff performance and scheduling.
