Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is hiring for an LIT/Floor Leader in Las Vegas to drive guest service and sales while developing teammates. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit, train, and guide Teammates, manage merchandising, and oversee daily operations.

The role emphasizes leadership, customer service, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on achieving sales goals and maintaining Buckle’s standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1–3 months of related retail experience or training.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in sales and guest service, achieving personal sales targets.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates to meet Buckle standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising and product presentation across the store.
• Execute store operations, including opening/closing procedures and LP practices.
• Provide leadership in the absence of management and support store leadership.
• Ensure excellent guest experience through proactive service and product knowledge.
• Navigate POS and return policies to support smooth transactions.
• Communicate policies and feedback to Store Manager and leadership.
