The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an LIT/Floor Leader to support sales, merchandising and operations in our Idaho store. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, recruit teammates, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will perform cashiering, merchandising tasks, and store upkeep while modeling Buckle’s customer-service standards and leadership to teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service.
• Assist in recruiting and developing Teammates.
• Lead by example with showmanship and leadership.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable store.
