Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Farmington, UT seeks a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to support our mission of delivering the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team on sales, merchandising, and everyday store operations.

The role focuses on guest service, coaching teammates, visual standards, and daily tasks to drive results while upholding Buckle’s standards. Part-time schedule with opportunities to grow into leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent training/experience.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Ability to lead and train Teammates.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with friendly service and provide product information.
• Assist guests in locating and selecting merchandise.
• Lead by example in sales, service and appearance.
• Recruit and develop Teammates with leadership guidance.
• Maintain clean, organized store and ensure visual standards.
• Oversee operations, schedules and loss prevention basics.
• Provide performance feedback to Store Manager and team.
