Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor in our Oaks, KY store. You will guide Brand Reps and Stock Associates to deliver a quality in-store experience and meet daily sales goals while supporting store operations on the floor.

The role emphasizes customer focus, teamwork, and brand standards. You will open/close routines, operate POS, fulfill omni-channel orders, maintain displays, and analyze reports to inform decisions. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required.
• Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge, Brand Awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect Store Assets & perform Inventory Control.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
