Job summary

Lush Cosmetics North America is seeking a Temporary Full Time Floor Leader at the Stonestown Galleria location. You will guide a team of sales associates on the shop floor, drive sales, and deliver a world-class customer experience while upholding Lush values around ethical cosmetics and sustainability.

You will train peers, lead brand education, and ensure store operations run smoothly, including cash handling and opening/closing duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in: customer service and sales
• cash handling and opening/closing procedures
• supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training
• problem-solving issues related to customer service in day-to-day operations
• a fast-paced team environment
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Driving Sales: Use StoreForce dashboard results to coach the sales team and adjust shop floor structure to meet sales goals
• Customer Experience: Deliver world-class service, product demonstrations, and exceed daily sales goals
• Building the Brand: Educate customers on Lush brand values and ethical practices
• Product Passion: Increase product knowledge and make informed recommendations
• Development: Train and coach Sales Ambassadors and peers to improve performance
• Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging: Foster DEIB and collaborate across perspectives
• Cash Handling and Store Opening/Closing: Manage cash, reconcile drawers, prepare deposits, and secure the store
