Job summary

Lush is seeking a Full Time Floor Leader in San Francisco to support the Store Management Team across all areas of the business. You will drive sales, lead openings and closings, and analyze results to coach a team on delivering an exceptional customer experience.

On the shop floor, you’ll inspire Sales Ambassadors, educate customers about our ethical skincare values, and collaborate to maintain brand standards, safety, and store operations while fostering a positive, energetic work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving issues related to customer service in day-to-day operations.
• A fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferred: Experience with consultation-based service.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Experience: Drive sales, coach the team using store data, and adjust shop floor structure to meet goals.
• Customer Experience: Deliver world-class service, product demonstrations, and strive to exceed daily sales targets.

• Product Passion: Maintain strong product knowledge and recommend suitable products.
