Lush Handmade Cosmetics at Stonestown Galleria in San Francisco is seeking a Temporary Full Time Floor Leader. You will direct a team of sales associates on the shop floor, drive sales, and champion exceptional customer experiences while upholding our ethical standards.

You’ll coach, mentor, and collaborate with peers to hit sales goals, manage cash handling and store opening/closing, and ensure merchandising and product knowledge stay current.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving issues related to customer service in day-to-day operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by coaching the team using StoreForce dashboard insights and adjusting floor layout to meet targets.
• Lead on the shop floor to deliver a world-class customer experience and demonstrations.
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and our stance on ethical practices.
• Increase product knowledge and provide informed recommendations for customer needs.
