Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America is seeking a Part Time Floor Leader in Reno to support the Store Management Team and drive sales, customer experience, and brand engagement on the shop floor.

You will lead sales associates, coach data-driven performance, manage opening/closing tasks, and ensure product knowledge and DEIB values inform every customer interaction.

This role offers 20–29 hours weekly with a pay rate of $16.50 per hour in Reno, NV.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training
• Problem-solving issues related to customer service in day-to-day operations
• A fast-paced team environment
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Driving sales: coach the sales team using StoreForce results and adjust shop floor structure to meet/exceed goals
• Customer experience: deliver world-class service and product demos on the shop floor
• Building the Brand: educate customers on Lush brand values and positions
• Product Passion: deepen product knowledge and make informed recommendations to customers
• Train and coach Sales Ambassadors and peers to improve performance and elevate skills
