Lush Sarasota is seeking a Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will lead a team on the shop floor, coach staff, and showcase product knowledge while upholding Lush’s ethical standards and brand values.

In this role you’ll train teammates, monitor performance, and collaborate with management to maintain store excellence. The position emphasizes customer delight, staff motivation, and community engagement on the sales

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback and training.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and inspire a team of sales associates to achieve goals on the shop floor.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience with product demonstrations and consults.
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and ethical practices in-store and at events.
• Continuously expand product knowledge to provide informed recommendations.
