Job summary

Lush Cosmetics North America is seeking a Floor Leader in Atlanta to support the Store Management Team on sales, training, and operations. You will lead a team on the shop floor, coach towards targets, and ensure an exceptional customer experience while upholding Lush's values.

You will drive store performance, manage cash handling and opening/closing duties, and foster a positive, DEIB-focused work environment. This role emphasizes leadership and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Experience with fast-paced team environments.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in Spanish, French or other languages (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by coaching the team and adjusting floor structure to meet goals.
• Deliver world-class customer experiences and product demonstrations.
• Educate customers on Lush values and ethical commitments.
• Increase product knowledge and provide informed recommendations.
