Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America is seeking a Floor Leader in a full-time role at Fashion Valley in San Diego. You will lead and inspire a team of sales associates, drive sales, and deliver a world-class customer experience on the shop floor.

The position emphasizes brand values, training, and creating a positive, energetic store environment. You will manage opening/closing, cash handling, and staff scheduling to ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Customer service and sales experience.
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures experience.
• Supervisory experience including coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving skills for day-to-day customer service issues.
• Able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business practices.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by coaching the sales team using StoreForce dashboard insights and adjust shop floor structure to meet goals.
• Deliver world-class customer experiences on the shop floor, including product demonstrations and consultations.
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and our positions on animal testing, ethics, and packaging.
• Increase product knowledge and make informed recommendations to meet customer needs.
• Train and coach Sales Ambassadors to improve performance and sales results.
• Foster DEIB by encouraging open communication and collaboration within the team.
