Job summary

Lush Cosmetics North America in San Diego, CA is seeking a Floor Leader to guide the sales team on the shop floor, drive customer excellence, and lead brand-aligned store initiatives at Fashion Valley.

You will coach and develop Sales Ambassadors, deliver product demonstrations, and uphold Lush values while ensuring a productive and engaging work environment for staff and customers alike.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Strong problem-solving skills in day-to-day operations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and coach the sales team using performance data to meet/exceed goals.
• Lead on the shop floor to deliver world-class customer experiences and product demonstrations.
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and ethical practices in-store and at events.
• Develop Sales Ambassadors through training and constructive feedback.
• Ensure store visuals, merchandising, inventory, and policies support operational excellence.
