Job summary

lush is seeking a Part Time Floor Leader in Sarasota to support the Store Management Team. You will drive sales, open/close the store, and lead training sessions on the shop floor to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

You will coach a team of sales associates, educate customers on our skincare values, maintain store visuals, handle cash, and ensure smooth daily operations. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training
• Problem-solving issues related to customer service in day-to-day operations
• Experience in a fast-paced team environment
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a world-class customer experience on the shop floor, coaching the sales team and adjusting floor structure to meet goals
• Lead by example with product demonstrations and strive to exceed daily sales targets
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and engage with the community to promote ethical cosmetics and handmade products
• Inspire and train Sales Ambassadors to improve performance and product knowledge
• Maintain cash handling, opening/closing duties, and store security
• Manage visuals, merchandising, stock, and daily store operations to ensure a clean, organized environment
• Foster DEIB principles and promote teamwork and collaboration across the store team
