Lush Handmade Cosmetics in Novi, MI is seeking a Full Time Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team on the shop floor, driving sales, coaching staff, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience daily.

You will lead a team of Sales Ambassadors, manage cash handling and opening/closing procedures, promote our brand values, and stay flexible to evenings, weekends, and holidays while delivering engaging product demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience including coaching, feedback, and training.
• Ability to solve day-to-day customer service issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
