Job summary

Lush Handmade Cosmetics is seeking a Floor Leader in Michigan to partner with the Store Management Team on sales, service, and store operations. You will guide a team of Sales Ambassadors on the shop floor to hit targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences and upholding our brand values.

On-the-floor leadership will include coaching teammates, training peers, and driving shop performance through events, demonstrations, and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving issues related to customer service in day-to-day operations.
• A fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales using StoreForce dashboard results and coach the team to meet/exceed goals.
• Deliver world-class customer experience on the shop floor and perform product demonstrations.
• Educate customers on Lush values and brand positioning in-store and through events.
• Increase product knowledge and make informed recommendations to customers.
• Train and coach Sales Ambassadors on effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Encourage DEIB, open communication, and belonging among team members.
• Manage cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and secure store at day end.
• Lead attendance, monitor breaks, and maintain a prepared shift environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, visually appealing store and real-time merchandising.
• Train team on inventory tasks and apply Visual Merchandising guidelines.
• Support management to ensure compliance with company standards for opening/closing, product integrity, and safety.
