In this role you’ll mentor staff, handle opening/closing, and ensure operational excellence, inventory accuracy, and engaging visual merchandising for a vibrant, ethical retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience with opening/closing procedures and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Driving Sales: coach the sales team using StoreForce dashboard insights and adjust shop floor structure to meet/exceed sales goals.
• Customer Experience: lead by example to deliver world-class service, product demonstrations, and build a loyal customer base.
• Building the Brand: educate customers on Lush values, ethical buying, and our handmade, vegetarian products.
• Product Passion: deepen product knowledge and provide informed recommendations to customers.
• Operational Excellence: manage cash handling, opening/closing, attendance, visuals, stock, and adherence to policies.
