Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics in Willowbrook, TX is seeking a Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional customer experience on the shop floor. You will lead and inspire a team of sales associates to meet and exceed goals, delivering coaching and peer development to elevate performance.

In this role you’ll educate customers on our brand values, uphold product knowledge, and guide the team through opening/closing procedures, visuals, and inventory

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience solving day-to-day customer service issues in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and coach the sales team using StoreForce dashboard insights.
• Deliver world-class customer experience on the shop floor.
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and ethical positioning.
• Increase product knowledge and make informed recommendations.
• Train Sales Ambassadors on techniques and product knowledge.
• Promote DEIB and foster inclusive teamwork.
• Cash handling and store opening/closing duties.
• Maintain visuals, merchandising, and inventory accuracy.
