Job summary

Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics is seeking a Part-time Floor Leader at Mall of America. You will lead a team of Sales Ambassadors on the shop floor, driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and upholding Lush brand values.

Your role includes coaching, training, and ensuring a productive, positive store environment. You will work 20–29 hours weekly, with responsibilities spanning customer service, product demonstrations, inventory tasks, and maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or sales.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by coaching the team and adjusting floor structure to meet goals.
• Lead on the shop floor to deliver world-class customer experiences, including product demos.
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and ethical practices in-store and at events.
• Increase product knowledge and make informed recommendations to customers.
• Train and coach Sales Ambassadors to improve performance and grow the team.
• Foster DEIB through open communication and inclusive leadership.
• Manage cash handling, opening/closing, and nightly deposits as required.
• Monitor attendance and breaks, ensuring readiness for shifts and operations.
• Maintain clean, organized visuals and merchandised displays on the floor.
• Train team on inventory best practices and shelf standards.
