Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure customers receive a quality in-store experience by guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates on the floor. As part of the store leadership team, you will drive store performance through customer experience and daily sales.

Schedule varies weekly with 12-16 hours; requires weekend availability and some holidays; peak periods may require more hours. You will open/close, operate POS, fulfill omni-channel orders, and maintain visual displays to

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred, or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience is not required; leading groups/teams is preferred.
• Strong customer focus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Energetic, outgoing, and assertive.
• Take initiative and show confidence.

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
