Job summary

Mejuri Inc. is seeking a Floor Lead to guide the in-store team, uphold Mejuri’s customer service standards, and ensure smooth daily operations on the sales floor in New York. You will motivate staff and create an engaging environment for customers and teammates alike.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, and adherence to Mejuri’s selling steps, with a focus on KPIs, promotions, and service offerings like piercing and engraving. This is a full-time, in-store position.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume retail environment statement.
• Adaptable with the ability to think creatively and quickly.
• Excellent organization and analytical skills.
• Critical thinking ability - identify potential challenges and develop action plans.
• Physical requirements: Stand for 8 hours, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends & holidays per store availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on customer experience, training, and upholding Mejuri’s selling standards.
• Drive KPIs and the engagement of the team to maximize sales.
• Manage in-store operations including inventory, back-of-house processes, and merchandising.
• Use POS and inventory software effectively to support sales and customer service.
• Identify inefficiencies and escalate issues with cross-functional teams.
