Job summary

Mejuri, Seattle, is seeking a Floor Lead to drive exceptional in-store service and team performance. You will guide staff on Mejuri’s selling steps, handle daily operations, and ensure accurate inventory, packaging, and service delivery on the sales floor.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Competitive base pay and a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment await the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high volume retail environment.
• Adaptable with the ability to think creatively and quickly.
• Excellent organization and analytical skills.
• Critical thinking ability - identify potential challenges and develop action plans.
• Physical requirements: Ability to stand for 8 hours, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends & holidays in alignment with the stores availability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on customer experience and mentor the team on Mejuri’s Steps of Selling.
• Maximize KPI achievement by driving personal and team performance and engagement.
• Ensure positive customer experience and promote services such as piercing and engraving.
• Participate in inventory counts, back-of-house flow, and packaging standards.
• Maintain Mejuri’s visual brand standards and display integrity.
• Coach and inform the team on visual merchandising updates and standards.
