Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure a quality in-store experience. As Floor Supervisor, you will guide Brand Reps and Stock Associates, helping store operations run smoothly and maximize daily sales.

Based on the sales floor, you will coach the team, execute opening/closing routines, manage merchandise displays, and ensure brand standards are upheld. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a high-energy fashion retailer's performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred, or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience is not required; leadership experience is a plus.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge, Brand Awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect Store Assets & perform Inventory Control.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
