Job summary

Mejuri is seeking a Floor Lead to drive exceptional in‑store customer experiences and lead the sales floor with a positive, collaborative approach. You will train staff, uphold Mejuri’s standards, and ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role prioritizes customer service, team development, and operational excellence, including inventory, POS usage, and adherence to policies while supporting growth and engagement across staff and customers.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional customer experience and promote Mejuri Services (piercing, engraving, etc.).
• Support daily operations, inventory counts, back‑of‑house organization, and packaging standards.
• Assist onboarding and performance assessments; foster a positive, compliant work environment.
