Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure quality in-store experiences, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and driving sales through customer focus and leadership on the sales floor.

You will perform opening/closing, operate POS, fulfill OMNI channel orders, maintain displays, and analyze reports to inform decisions, with schedule 12–16 hours weekly including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience leading groups or teams is preferred.
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal abilities.
• Effective communication and adaptability on the sales floor.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register/point of sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
