Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor for Hollister stores. You will guide Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure a quality customer experience and help drive daily sales on the floor.

You will open/close routines, operate the POS, fulfill omni-channel orders, and maintain compelling visual displays while upholding the Brand's culture and values. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred, or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required; leading groups/teams preferred.
• Demonstrates strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.
• Shows strong communication and fashion trend awareness.
• Energetic, outgoing, and assertive; takes initiative and shows confidence.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill Omni-Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and manage inventory control.
