You will manage cash handling, ensure accurate transactions, and assist customers with product options while maintaining a high level of customer service. The role requires strong communication, reliability, and knowledge of store inventory, with availability across mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team.
• Be available across our retail schedule, including mornings, days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Maintain CRA (Cannabis Regulatory Agency) compliance by following state and federal rules for cannabis sales in Michigan.
• Metrc trained.
• Experience in cash handling.
• Adapt to each employee’s and customer’s needs to provide a trusted transaction.
• Educate employees and customers about the best options to meet their needs.
• Exceptional customer service.
• Perform routine daily tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Keep a steady flow in the queue for curbside, online orders, walk-ins, receptionist, intake, cashiers, fulfillment and managers.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the building with daily cleaning tasks.
• Radiate positive energy, strong interpersonal skills, approachable, enthusiastic and courteous.
• Understand all positions to ensure guidelines and daily tasks are followed.
• Report daily issues to upper management for action.
