Responsibilities

Assist customers and employees to navigate compliance procedures and transactions.
Maintain CRA compliance by following state and federal cannabis sale rules in Michigan.
Handle cash transactions with accuracy and integrity.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of curbside, online orders, walk-in customers, and cashier tasks.
Keep storefront clean and orderly, following daily cleaning checklist.
Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers and staff.
Communicate issues to upper management for timely action.
