Responsibilities

• Availability across retail hours, including mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Maintain CRA compliance with state and federal cannabis sales rules in Michigan.
• Metrc trained.
• Experience in cash handling.
• Adapt to employees’ and customers’ needs to provide a trusted transaction.
• Educate customers about best options to reach their destination.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Perform routine daily tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Keep a steady flow in the queue for curbside, online, walk-in, receptionist, intake, cashiers, fulfillment, and managers.
• Maintain cleanliness with a daily cleaning checklist.
• Radiate positive energy; be approachable and courteous.
• Understand all positions to ensure guidelines and daily tasks are followed.
• Report daily issues and changes to upper management.
