Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. seeks a Key Lead to support the store leadership team on the sales floor. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and driving daily sales through effective supervision.

You will open/close, operate POS, process Omni orders, and maintain visual displays while staying current with fashion trends. This part-time position offers growth opportunities, a competitive bonus structure, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred, or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience is not required; leading groups is preferred.
• Strong customer focus and excellent communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Open and close routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the Brand and exemplify company culture and values.
• Schedule will vary weekly; weekends and holidays required.
