The role emphasizes leadership, communication, and product knowledge while managing store routines and visual displays. Availability includes weekends and peak times, with a varied weekly schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Supervisory/leadership experience not required but preferred.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and excellent communication.
• Demonstrate interpersonal skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Show initiative, energy, and a professional work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register/POS systems.
• Fulfill OMNI channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and culture on the floor.
