Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure smooth store operations and exceptional customer experience on the floor. You will drive daily sales while coaching team members and maintaining brand standards.

The role requires flexibility with a 12–16 hour weekly schedule, weekend availability, and peak-season hours. Prior retail experience is valued, with emphasis on strong communication and adaptability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED preferred or equivalent.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required but leading groups is a plus.
• Strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Open and close store routines.
• Operate Register/POS systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the Abercrombie & Fitch brand and values.
