Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure outstanding in-store experiences.

The role includes opening/closing routines, POS operation, omni-channel fulfillment, and maintaining visual displays on a part-time schedule. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and strong customer focus, with experience in leading teams preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience is not required; leading groups is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and close routines for the shift.
• Operate register/POS systems.
• Fulfill OMNI channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.
