Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to supervise on the sales floor, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and help ensure a quality in-store experience. You will participate in opening/closing routines, operate POS, process Omni-channel orders, and maintain brand standards while driving daily sales and store performance.

The role emphasizes customer focus, strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork within the store leadership team to deliver exceptional service and results.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; equivalent accepted.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory experience not required but leading groups is preferred.
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register/POS systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
