Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to supervise floor operations, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and drive daily sales through excellent customer experiences.

You'll perform opening/closing, operate POS, fulfill Omni Channel orders, and maintain visual displays while analyzing reports to inform decisions. This role emphasizes adaptability, energy, and strong communication.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred; retail experience a plus.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred; supervisory experience not required but valued.
• Strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register and POS systems.
• Fulfill omni-channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
