Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to supervise on the sales floor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure an engaging customer experience and daily store performance.

The role involves opening/closing routines, operating POS systems, fulfilling Omni-channel orders, and maintaining product knowledge and visual displays to drive sales. Strong communication and energy are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED preferred or equivalent.
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and awareness of fashion trends.
• Energetic, outgoing and assertive with initiative.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.

• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
