Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure a quality in-store experience on the sales floor in Reno, NV. You will act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep operations running smoothly and drive daily sales.

Responsibilities include opening/closing routines, POS operation, omni-channel fulfillment, product knowledge, visual merchandising, and protecting store assets while coaching the team. Part-time hours with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; 1 year retail experience preferred.
• Experience in leading groups or teams is preferred.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills required.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing routines.
• Operate Register/ POS systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the Brand and exemplify company culture and values.
