Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Part-Time Key Lead to supervise floor operations, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and drive sales through excellent customer experience on the shop floor in Naperville, IL.

Responsibilities include opening/closing routines, POS operation, OMNI channel fulfillment, and maintaining visual displays while supporting store performance and brand standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to coach and guide Brand Reps and Stock Associates.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge and Brand Awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect Store Assets and perform Inventory Control.
• Represent the Brand and exemplify company culture and values.
