Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Part-Time Key Lead to act as floor supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep store operations smooth and focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll lead opening/closing routines, coach the team, and help drive daily sales while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/ G.E.D. preferred, or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management not required; leading groups/teams preferred.
• Strong customer focus and communication.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.

Responsabilités

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.
