Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure a quality in-store experience and strong daily sales.

You will open/close, operate POS, fulfill omni-channel orders, maintain visuals, analyze reports, protect assets, and embody brand culture. This role is part-time with weekend availability and opportunities for advancement within a global fashion retailer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1 year retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory experience is not required, leadership experience preferred.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and demonstrate interpersonal skills.
• Be energetic, outgoing, and assertive with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the Brand and exemplify Company Culture and Values.
