Qualifications

• High-energy, hands-on leader who works on the floor during peak periods.
• Proven experience running shifts and leading stations in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to manage labor, food costs, inventory, and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead floor operations and ensure food quality, service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Coach and develop team members through hands-on, side-by-side mentoring.
