Job summary

You will own people, product, and profit in the four walls, coaching staff, managing labor and costs, and ensuring guest satisfaction with brand standards. This role requires real-time decision making and sustained floor leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred but not required for the right operator.
• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience required — high-volume, fast-paced concepts strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Personally work shifts alongside the team during rushes, including line, register, and drive-thru.
• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure food quality, service, cleanliness and brand standards.
• Execute company policies, procedures, and systems; maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor speed-of-service and customer satisfaction in real time; manage inventory, ordering, cash handling and security.
