Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, not from a desk. You will be a player-coach on the line, during every rush, setting the pace and working alongside the team to ensure top performance across all shifts.

You will own people, products, and profits, developing leaders, managing labor and costs, and driving guest satisfaction with hands-on leadership and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred but not required.
• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience required, especially in high-volume environments.
• Experience managing labor, food cost, inventory, and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations ensuring food quality, service, cleanliness and brand standards.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members and shift leaders through hands-on coaching.
• Manage labor costs, food costs, inventory, and other controllable expenses.
• Drive sales growth through speed, service, and guest satisfaction on shift-by-shift basis.
