Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a hands-on Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, working alongside the team during every rush to drive speed, service, and quality. You will own people, product, and profit, shaping culture through direct in-shift leadership and mentorship.

The role demands a high-energy operator with proven restaurant management experience in fast-paced concepts, strong labor and cost controls, and a commitment to safety and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, floor-focused GM with proven restaurant management experience.
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced concepts (QSR/diner-style) preferred.
• Proven ability to manage labor, food cost, inventory, and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring quality, service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, coaching, and development of team members and shift leaders.
• Drive sales and guest satisfaction through speed, accuracy and service excellence.
• Monitor and control labor, food costs, and controllable expenses to optimize P&L.
