Job summary

Indy Fiber And Surface Cleaning is seeking a dependable floor tech to keep floors in client facilities clean and polished, including stripping, waxing, buffing, cleaning carpets, and dusting baseboards. You will operate floor machines and help maintain supplies while following safety procedures.

The role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to work independently or with a team, with emphasis on attention to detail and strong customer service to support client sites.

Responsibilities

• Stripping, waxing, and buffing floors.
• Cleaning and sanitizing floors and carpets.
• Dusting baseboards, vents, and other surfaces.
• Operating floor machines, such as buffers, scrubbers, and carpet extractors.
• Maintaining supplies and inventory.
• Following safety procedures.
• Cleaning restrooms, lobbies, and other areas.
• Emptying trash and recyclable bins.
• Responding to requests for technical assistance.
• Performing minor maintenance and repairs.
• Assisting with moving furniture and equipment.
