Job summary

Freedom Specialty Services Incorporated in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Floor Care Technician to conduct comprehensive floor maintenance including stripping, waxing, burnishing and sealing. You will work either independently or as part of a small team of two to three technicians to ensure clean, safe floors across facilities.

The role emphasizes safety, proper operation of floor cleaning equipment, and the ability to work well with others.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but open to learning.
• Ability to operate floor cleaning equipment (buffers, burnishers, extraction machines, carpet cleaners).
• Strong emphasis on safety in all tasks.
• Vaccination status may be considered in Hiring decisions.

Responsibilities

• Perform stripping, waxing, burnishing, sealing and other floor maintenance tasks.
• Work independently or as part of a small team of 2–3 technicians.
