Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC is hiring a Warehouse Floor Technician for full-time, permanent shifts to support a fast-paced environment. You will perform floor care tasks across designated areas, including stripping, waxing, scrubbing, and carpet cleaning, while adhering to safety guidelines.

Starting pay is $16.00 per hour. The role requires lifting up to 49 pounds, dexterity, ability to operate janitorial equipment, and prior floor care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with floor care tasks such as stripping, waxing, and scrubbing.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and use janitorial equipment properly.
• Dexterity and physical ability to perform lifting and bending tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, seal/grout, etc.
• Scrub, shine, clean, and repair carpeted and non-carpeted areas using equipment and chemicals.
• Clean floors and stairways by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Move large furniture and objects when necessary and follow safety guidelines.
• Follow manufacturer specs for preparing chemicals and operating equipment.
• Report to Supervisor needed repairs or hazards and follow company policies.
