Ideal candidates have at least one year of floor care experience, the ability to lift up to 49 pounds, and a safety‑minded approach. Shifts vary, with daytime and night options and weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

• One year of floor care experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 15–25 pounds and handle totes up to 49 pounds.
• Comfort with reading safety rules, manuals, and chemical sheets (English; Spanish where required).

Responsibilities

• Perform spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, seal/grout as assigned.
• Scrub and maintain carpeted and non-carpeted areas with appropriate equipment and chemicals.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and keep floors and stairways clean and safe.
• Move large furniture as needed and follow safety guidelines.
• Report repairs and safety hazards to supervisor promptly.
