Qualifications

• One year of prior floor care experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedures (English).

Responsibilities

• Perform floor care duties: extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, seal/grout.
• Scrub, shine, clean, and repair carpeted and non-carpeted areas.
• Clean floors and stairways by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Move large furniture with safety considerations.
• Report needed repairs or safety hazards to supervisor.
• Follow company policies and safety guidelines.
• Operate janitorial tools and equipment as required.
