Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC is hiring multiple full-time Warehouse Floor Technicians to support our fast-paced operations. Shifts vary with days/nights and weekends, with starting pay around $17.80 per hour.

If you enjoy ensuring clean, safe work environments, join our team to help maintain floors, carpets, and corridors across diverse facilities. As a Warehouse Floor Technician, you will operate cleaning equipment, follow safety procedures, and report issues to supervision.

Qualifications

• One year of floor care experience preferred.
• Lift and move totes up to 49 pounds.
• Read and interpret safety rules and manuals (English; Spanish where required).
• Regular bending, lifting, and reaching.
• Must be able to climb ladders and stairs safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, seal/grout.
• Scrub, shine, clean, and repair carpeted and non-carpeted areas with appropriate equipment and chemicals.
• Clean floors and stairs by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Move large furniture and objects as needed and follow safety guidelines.
• Keep janitor closet neat and organized; report repairs or hazards to supervisor.
• Follow all company policies and procedures; operate janitorial tools responsibly.
